I am excited to provide the monthly update, designed to keep you informed about the latest activities and insights from PDCA Consulting in the Service and Project Management space. Each edition will provide a concise summary of my initiatives, best practices, and developments aimed at helping organisations achieve operational excellence.
During May
May was a month defined by delivery, development, and a milestone I have been working towards since the start of the year.
Having completed all six ITIL Version 5 module examinations, Foundation, Service, Product, Experience, Strategy, and Transformation- I have now achieved the ITIL 5 Master designation from PeopleCert. This completes a journey that has run in parallel with an intensive period of training delivery and partner engagement, and positions PDCA Consulting to support organisations transitioning to the new framework at the highest level.
On the training front, I delivered PRINCE2 Agile for Ropo across two international cohorts, the Sweden team in Gothenburg (11–12 May) and the Norway team in Oslo (20–21 May), both organised in partnership with Clorient. I commenced the first day of a Management of Risk (MoR) Foundation programme for Capgemini BNL, continuing into June.
Alongside delivery, I attended the Ask Us Anything: ITIL AI Governance (Version 5), Deep Dive, Positioning and Practical Application webinar, which reinforced the practical governance themes I have been writing and speaking about throughout the year. An Aenova ITIL training planning session with d-ploy partner also concluded in May, with a significant ITIL 5 Foundation delivery for Aenova now confirmed for June.
Business development activity continued steadily throughout the month, with introduction and collaboration calls with contacts across IT service management, project management, and consulting sectors.

In June
June is the busiest delivery month of the year to date, and it reflects the momentum that has been building across partner relationships over the past quarter.
The Capgemini BNL Management of Risk (MoR) Foundation programme continues with a second delivery day on 4 June. A PRINCE2 7 Foundation programme for Capgemini runs over three delivery days: 1, 8, and 15 June, demonstrating sustained engagement with one of the world’s leading professional services firms.
The headline commitment for June is a full ITIL 5 Foundation training series for Aenova, a pharmaceutical group headquartered in Germany, delivered through the d-ploy partnership. This runs as both a German-language cohort (10–11 June and 22–23 June, with an additional session on 24–25 June) and an English-language cohort (17–18 June). Delivering ITIL 5 Foundation in both languages to a DACH-based client is a strong validation of the investment made in the ITIL 5 qualification suite.
On 9 June, I will also be running a ROPO PRINCE2 Agile Foundation Summary Session, a follow-up to the May deliveries for the Sweden and Norway teams, with Clorient partner Henri Lindstrom.
Alongside delivery, I will be continuing to build the partner and business development pipeline, and expect to have more to report on several conversations that are progressing well.
