Trainer-level exam result, and two published articles

I delivered MSP training for my partner, Knowledge Train, and passed the ITIL 5 Service exam with a trainer-level grade. I contributed articles for both PeopleCert and SmartSheet:

• PRINCE2 Methodology, on SmartSheet
• PRINCE2 Certification, on SmartSheet
• My PRINCE2 Master journey, on the official PRINCE2 site

I also commenced study for the ITIL 5 qualifications in Product and Experience.
