Monthly Newsletter · January 2026

Hello,

I am excited to provide the second update, keeping you informed about the latest activities and insights from PDCA Consulting in the Service and Project Management space. Each edition provides a concise summary of my initiatives, best practice, and developments aimed at helping organisations achieve operational excellence.

Your engagement matters to me, and I want this newsletter to add real value to your work. I look forward to sharing knowledge and progress with you every month.

Accreditation groundwork and two new fundamentals decks

I've been exploring the Accredited Consulting Partner programme, which would let me deliver ITIL Maturity Model and PRINCE2 P3M3 assessments. If you'd be interested in helping with this, I'd love to hear from you at robert.edward.pinnington@pdcaconsulting.com.

I also continued investigating the German BioGas market with one of my consulting partners, and completed summary presentations for the fundamentals of both ITIL and PRINCE2, the basis for a series of "try before you buy" webinars introducing these Best Practices and their qualification schemes.

On LinkedIn, I posted:

January

  • Creating summary presentations for the fundamentals of PRINCE2 Agile and PRINCE2 Programme Management, and translating the PRINCE2 Fundamentals deck into Spanish.
  • Presenting an introductory webinar on PRINCE2 based on the above.
  • Looking into ways to improve the PeopleCert Plus offering with fellow PeopleCert Ambassadors.
  • Attending workshops with PeopleCert to improve their Student offering.
  • Continuing to build training and consultancy relationships with partners.
